We encourage Realtor participation to show our properties!

We try to make it easy for you to get paid a commission on showing our properties. Once you feel that your client is interested in one of our properties, please inform them of our qualification criteria (link to section in prospective residents). Please have them fill out our online application and then coordinate the delivery of the necessary documentation (link to necessary documentation) via fax and or mail. We coordinate the process from there.

How long does it take to process my client's application?

We will process a complete application within 72 hours (we strive for less, but sometimes rental verifications can hold up our process). Our Tenant Account Coordinator will be in contact with you upon approval (or denial) and to request trailing documentation if so needed.

What's the next step?

Once approved, we schedule a time to sign the lease with your client. We use this appointment to go over the lease, inform them of utility requirements and to note maintenance procedures with them. At this appointment your tenants will be required to pay all deposits and pro-rated rent through their move in date which we will inform them well ahead of time of this amount. We do give keys to the property at this time however most keys do not function until day of move in as we rekey directly before move in date to comply with Texas Property Code.

If your clients application is denied a letter will be emailed and mailed to their current address with specific reasons as to the denial of your application. They will also be instructed to come to our office to pick up the $100.00 refundable application deposit.

How does your referral program work?

If you refer a new Owner to Frontline Property Management, Inc. we will gladly pay you one month's management fee as a referral. If the property is vacant, the referral fee will be paid upon occupancy of the property.

If you represent a tenant in leasing one of our units, we offer a sub agency commission listed in MLS.

When do you pay lease commissions?

As long as you have all appropriate paperwork turned in to our office, we get your check out no later than 5 business days after your client move in. If for some reason you do not receive your check within this time frame, feel free to call 817-288-5546 and we will research the issue.

What do I need to do to receive my lease commission?

We need a copy of your brokers W-9 (link to copy of W-9)

Please note, we send all commissions directly to your broker for disbursement.

How do I show a property?

As a licensed Real Estate Broker, you may utilize our lock box that is on each of our properties. Please contact our office to arrange to receive the appropriate code for each lock box and register your client. Our Lock Box Codes are listed in MLS under private remarks. We also allow prospects the ability to check out a key to our vacant properties to view on their own. Please note that you MUST personally show the unit in order to receive a commission. Do not at any time give our lock box codes.

How do I receive a copy of your available properties?

Each week we send out an updated list with all of our available properties. Please contact us and provide an e-mail address to be added to our list. We promise to keep your address private. One major plus for being on our preferred realtor group is that we occasionally offer increased commissions and specials for some properties from time to time. These are usually featured on this flyer.
