Steve Fithian formed Visions Realty and Investment in California in 1988, while still holding the position as Controller for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Operation for California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Texas. Steve Fithian began dabbling in real estate in 1979, realizing that wealth building through ownership and managing a portfolio of income producing properties was tons of fun and financially rewarding, Fithian "flew the coop" from corporate world and began concentrating on brokerage full-time. When the Fithian family moved from California to Texas in 1990, his brokerage business moved with them.

Now operating as Visions Realty and Investments, Inc, the brokerage company "gave birth" to the very important sister company, Frontline Property Management, Inc. Together, these companies work in conjunction with one another to offer unique "turn-key" service to any level of investor across many different product lines.

Steve and his family love to travel. While on vacation, Steve fulfills his love for adventure through scuba diving, skiing and hiking. He also has a need for speed! He loves racing go-carts and is an avid runner. He completed his first marathon in Fort Worth in 2010 and is planning to run another in 2011.

Debrah began working with Frontline Property Management, Inc. in April of 2005. Over the years she has been instrumental in creating systems to streamline the daily workings of the property management company. She has enjoyed implementing cost effective operation strategies in an effort to maximize productivity and profitability of the company. Debrah feel s that we have a great team of professional managers that take the business of management serious and work hard for both owners and tenants.

She earned a BA in Marketing from Georgia State University and got into Real Estate and investing in 1993. Debrah is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas and prior to moving to Texas was also licensed in South Carolina for five years. She currently owns a portfolio of investment properties in the Tarrant County area with a partnership.

Debrah thinks that the most exciting part about property management is defining our investor's long term goals and strategizing to meet those goals. Not all investors are looking for the "long hold" and flexibility is the key because sometimes the plans change quickly.

Debrah is an avid amateur chef and enjoys creating new dishes for her friends and family. She likes learning about wine, gardening and trying to help her kids become responsible caring participants of this wonderful world in which we live.

Robin started at Frontline Property Management in July of 2006 as the receptionist and Lease Renewal Coordinator. However, she quickly transitioned to Resident Relations Manager and assumed a great deal more responsibilities including coordination of the move out process, lease violations, resident communication, utility management, and new move in coordination.

Robin recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. She however truly enjoys her career with Frontline Property Management and has decided to stay with us. Robin admits property management can be extremely challenging at times as one day is always significantly different from the next". I love forming meaningful relationships with each of our residents and doing all I can to make their residency with us enjoyable and long term".

Robin is a self proclaimed lifelong learner. She will be studying for her real estate license in the near future and is excited to embark on that journey. Her hobbies are reading, cooking and remodeling projects with her husband on the weekends. She's not fond of the process of remodeling, but she loves the outcome!

Melissa has been in property management for the past seventeen years. She began as a leasing consultant working for a large company who catered to low income housing Tax credit and Section 8 properties. Before moving to Texas in 2004, she resided in New Hampshire and focused her career in Multi Family Low Income Community housing. She completed a series of training classes through Grace Hill Training. She holds several designations including CIC and CPM through Allied business School. Melissa joined Frontline Property Management in 2005 and the manager of a large portfolio of our residential properties in DFW.

Melissa feels that Frontline has given her the opportunity to sustain her career and expand her knowledge base with exciting opportunities.

Melissa says that she truly loves her job. "I could not think of anything else I would like to do". Every day is dynamic, with daily challenges.

Melissa enjoys being outdoors and loves to travel with her family. She also enjoys horseback riding, swimming, bowling, white water rafting, all things racing and music concerts.

Kelly has been property management since 1998. She started her career in multi-family, low income housing and worked at a senior citizen and handicap enabled property in the apartment industry. She has been a residential property manager with Frontline Property Management since 2007. Kelly feels that her real estate license has been a real asset in that she can now assist her owners with full services of leasing and sales.

Kelly's favorite part of management is the ability to give a family a home. She enjoys her line of work and finds it extremely gratifying.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her two boys. They are both involved in baseball and football so you know where she spends her spare time! At the ball parks! Kelly never misses a practice or a game and enjoys being team mom.

Kelly's goals as a property manager are to retain good tenants and attain profitability for her owners.

Rebecca has been in property management and leasing since 2005. She began her career as an Office Assistant in a Real Estate office which is where her real estate spark ignited. She was in her senior year of nursing school when she realized that she wanted a career in Real Estate. Shortly after, she decided to get her real estate license in 2008 at which point, she opened and operated a small management company in Keller, TX for two years.

She began leasing properties with Frontline Property Management in 2009. As a result, she immediately knew that Frontline was an amazing company that she would love to become a part of. We brought Rebecca on with our team in the summer of 2009. She was able to bring many of her investors with her to enjoy the extended services that Frontline provides.

Rebecca says that she loves property management and the people she works with. "There is no such thing as a dull moment in property management and I wouldn't want it any other way. I enjoy the daily challenges and thrive on diversity. I really can't see myself doing anything else!"

Rebecca enjoys doing a significant amount of leasing at night and on the weekends. She enjoys spending time with my husband of 5 years and her son. She has just discovered my newest hobby… baking cakes! Rebecca says that baking is the easy part; it's the decorating that she enjoys most.

Rob is the newest member of our residential management team and has been in Real Estate since 1995. He has worked mainly in residential sales and marketing for Century 21. Rob specializes in the north Dallas area and is growing his portfolio of residential home management in this area.

Rob has experience in renovation work to provide value to investor properties. He really likes being able to fulfill his owner's goals by consulting before the sale, managing and leasing and assisting with disposition when needed.

Rob enjoys watching sports and following all Dallas area teams. He loves spending time with his family at their lake house.

Jason joined the Frontline accounting department in September of 2009. Before joining the Frontline team he worked as a licensed real estate agent for a little over three years while attending college. He left real estate sales shortly after graduating from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management. His favorite part of his work is the interaction he gets with owners, especially involving financial analysis of their portfolios.

When not working, Jason enjoys running, snowboarding, and the outdoors.

Becky began her career in property management in October 2003 with Frontline Property Management. She has been our go to girl over the years and has worked as everything from managing apartment complexes to maintenance department work to leasing. We feel Becky has found her love in our accounting department which is where she has worked for since 2005.

Her favorite part of accounting is that there is something new to learn and do each day. Becky says that "the best part is that I love what I do". When we have to hunt down a solution to a financial entry, we always give the job to Becky, she has an uncanny knack at finding the solution and she does not give up until it is solved.

Becky is our internal company trainer for our Rent Manager Software.

During her time off, she loves spending time with her son, Carter. She often can be found with him at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, or just enjoying their time together with the rest of her family and friends.

Lindsey has worked in the real estate/property management business since 2003. She began working with Frontline Property Management in 2006. During her tenure with Frontline Property Management, she has held several key positions on her way to the accounting department and those include; receptionist, leasing agent, assistant manager, property manager. She has been in Accounts Payable now since 2008. Lindsey enjoys the daily challenges and has recently designed a sure proof system for keeping our demanding accounts payable very much in control. For this we are extremely thankful.

Lindsey will not usually share this, but she is an artist in her free time and has even blessed one of our employees with a portrait. She enjoys music, the outdoors, window shopping and just learning about the world around her.

Melissa has worked with our companies since 2005. Once our offices combined with Visions Realty and Investments, Melissa became our receptionist by way inheritance. We are quite sure on that crazy day that she did not know the excitement that would soon ensue. Melissa multi-tasks within our company and her duties are almost too many to list. For Frontline Property Management, Inc are receptionist, accounts receivable and rent posting. She also helps our owners to locate insurance renewals for their upcoming expiring insurance.

Prior to my employment with Visions Realty and Investments, Inc and Frontline Property Management, Inc. she was a mortgage processor for four years.

Her favorite part of the job is interacting with people. She enjoys getting to know all of our tenants and owners and usually tries to find out something special about their lives.

Melissa is our office "singer". When we least expect it, she just breaks out into song. All you have to do is ask her and she will sing you a tune. In her spare time, when she is not singing, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking long walks on the beach, knitting sweaters for guinea pigs, and participating in church activities. She enjoys life so she brings the fun with her. Smiles are fee and so are her medley numbers.
