I will take on a task until completion, I will own it. Mediocrity is NOT an option.
I will not make excuses or assumptions. What I do not know, I will find out.
I will be ready for Monday with a success plan. I will check my email on the weekend.
I will return the call of my direct report and/or the owner immediately.
I will think it through, asking for help if needed.
I will rethink something when I am in doubt. If I am still in doubt, I will not do it.
I will choose the high road.
I will change my attitude in order to change my results. Knowing that at the beginning, it is my attitude that defines the outcome of any challenge.
I will find the BEST in others.
I will ask "what someone wants" when negotiating, then wait for them to answer. If I start to talk first, I realize I LOSE.
I will be genuine.
I will stay out of reverse.
I will build relationships first. – Instead of focusing on past events and past frustration.
I will bring my attention to the present.
