All of our clients have real time access to their accounts through our website. Just click on the owner login and view away. Our clients and their accountants find this very helpful when it come to tax preparation, or other accounting needs.

When we receive payments, the check is immediately deposited into our insured Trust Account via an automated check scanner.

We provide detailed monthly statements with year to date summary for each one of our properties to help our clients stay informed and assist in tax preparation. View Sample link to example owner statement and rent roll analysis).

We offer approximately 50 additional reports available via e–mail to suit your needs. See a list of sample reports. Please notify your property manager if there is an additional report that you would like to add to your report group.

All of our employees are covered by general liability (including employee dishonesty coverage), errors and omissions, and workman's compensation insurance policy. To obtain a copy of our certificate of insurance contact our office.

We have the ability to direct deposit our client's monthly equity distributions on the last business day of each month. This provides for immediately available funds and eliminates the possibility of lost items in the mail. Download ACH authorization form.
